Not only do Play Book Athletes get invited to The Opening, they shine at one of the most prestigious events of the year. In an event where the best of the best compete against each other, DeAngelo Gibbs showed why he is one of the top recruits in the nation.
Competing on Team Fly Rush with fellow play Book Athlete Jamyest Williams, the versatile Gibbs saw action on the defensive and offensive sides of the ball. He was able to intercept a pass or two on D, while he and Jamyest combined for a tipped INT against Team Alpha Pro.
