The Play Book salutes Alan Lamar‘s (RB, Olive Branch, MS – 2016) dad, Albert Lamar for his unwavering support of his son. Whether it is driving for camps from Mississippi to Atlanta or Waukesha, WI to meet JJ Watt, his dad is always there to support Alan’s academic and athletic pursuits.
When asked what his dad means to him, Alan said, “My father is the person that helps me out with all my problems. He is my number 1 fan and does everything to see me succeed.” Sounds like a good dad to us. Happy Father’s Day Albert Lamar!
