2018 Dalton Hustad

I am a 6’3″ 215 lb. DE/OLB hybrid at William T. Dwyer High School in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.  I am as comfortable playing with my hand in the dirt as I am in space.  I have been playing tackle football since 5 1/2 yrs old and have played on numerous championship teams in my ascension to the high school ranks.  I have played at the varsity level since 10th grade. I was also an integral part of our starting rotation as the number one defense in Class 7a in Palm Beach County last year.  As a senior, I bring leadership to my team.  My assets as are seen on my Hudl highlights (http://www.hudl.com/profile/6045916/dalton-hustad) are as follows; strong at point of attack, lateral quickness to the ball, relentless pursuit to the ball, speed to run down running backs, excellent hand to hand techniques to get into the back fields, and excellent tackling skills.
I am also as dedicated in the classroom and currently carry a 3.3 GPA , scored 1000 on SAT, and a 21 on ACT, 85 cumulatively.  In closing, I believe I will be a great at asset to any college as a student, as an athlete, and as a person.
