WHY I GRIND

I love and have a passion for football and have been playing since third grade. Last summer I moved from Seattle, Washington to Orange County, California.  I played for the Oceanside Warriors 14U team this past fall and was the starting offensive and defensive tackle.  After the season I was invited to play for the FBU All-Star team from San Diego.  I started at offensive left tackle and our team made it to the Regional Finals in Sacramento.

In the offseason, I have been doing several trainings and camps.  Last month I participated in the FBU LA camp and received an invitation to the FBU Top Gun camp in South Carolina that I’ll be attending in July.  I’ve now been playing basketball for a local club team, lifting, and doing weekly trainings at Red Zone Elite, that is put on by former NFL offensive lineman.  I am excited to begin playing for San Clemente High School in the fall, which won the CA D1-AA State Championship and has several alumni that are playing D1 and in the NFL.

I have always dreamed of playing college football and am willing to make sacrifices to get to that level.  I am a good candidate because I have a strong on and off the field work ethic.  As a person I am humble, but am a leader on the field and in the community.  My academics goal for high school is to maintain a 3.5 GPA.
