WHY I GRIND
My number one goal is to play college football at the highest level as I continue my education in college. I have maintained an Honor Roll status while playing both Football and Hockey in the same season, and playing HS Baseball in the spring along with Hockey. This fall I was nominated for the National Honor Society . 2017 Academic All Conference , 2nd Team All Conference Illinois Big 12 .
Managing my time on my own has always been a priority for me, a lesson my parents preach on a daily basis. I gladly sacrifice free time to play sports and play at the highest level. I love competing.
I thrive on learning from others and perfection is something I push myself to achieve. I also push my teammates to be better than they think they can be. I surround myself with people who push me to be a great man in my community and school.
Giving back and volunteer during my free time to help others is also a priority. I work with Feed My Starving Children to help kids that cannot help themselves. I also am a mentor in the Midget / Mite Hockey Mentor program for the Leafs Hockey Club. I help guide young athletes to respect the game and show character on and off the ice, as well as teaching fundamentals.
