Reed Tyler Bleeds Football

Mississippi State and Ole Miss are both great schools and both have ties to 2018 Reed Tyler. Standing a towering 6’5″ and weighing 235 pounds, this Tight End from Brandon High School in Brandon, MS is a force to be reckoned with.

Reed has always wanted to play college football. But he can’t help that desire, it’s in his blood so to speak. Reed’s father, is a former Wide Receiver for both Ole Miss and Mississippi State. His grandfather was a quote-reedReceivers coach at both Ole Miss and Alabama State under the direction of Head Coach Bear Bryant. He was also later named the Offensive Coordinator Head Coach at Mississippi State. Reed even has a Brother-in-law that coaches at a D-1 school. There’s no escaping his destiny.

Reed takes all aspects of his life serious and works hard for his team, coaches, teachers, school and community. He says his faith in Christ helps him to be successful in those works as well as being a successful football player. “I always want to be excellent in all areas of my life,” says Reed. With his hard work and diligence Reed will definitely be on top.

As with most successful college and even NFL players, Reed is a multi-sport athlete which, aside from football, includes 4 years of baseball and 2 years of basketball. As if regular practice wasn’t enough for this young athlete, he gets additional training three times a week outside of school. He does all of this while maintaining an A average in all classes.

With a resume like this, he’s certain to get into a great school to further his education and carry on the family’s football legacy.
