Gonzales Signs With SRSU

One of the best things that can happen in a young athlete’s life is when he gets that first call saying that a coach is interested in him/her and wants to offer them a scholarship. The one thing that can trump that feeling is when you get to call one of those coaches back to let them know that you’re accepting their scholarship offer, then sign your letter of intent!

All of the hard work paid off for Kameron Gonzales this signing day, when he signed to continue his playing career at Sul Ross State University. He is very happy and had this to say about his decision:

“Given the opportunity from Coach Pearce and the Sul Ross State University coaching staff to be able to play at the next level is truly a blessing. My parents helped me a lot and supported my decision, and I just want to thank the man above for this next chapter in my life.”
