Niceville High School running back/linebacker Seth Witt doesn’t have the usual summer schedule that most high school students have. He will spend about two months of the summer on the road traveling far and wide to schools he has received interest from and to others he will try to make a name for himself with.

Delta State, East Carolina, Georgia Tech, Jacksonville University, Stetson and West Florida have all taken interest in the 2017 prospect.

He has plans to make stops at Southern Miss, South Alabama and Troy.
“[When I get to these camps] I like showing what I’m about,” said Witt. “I know they get stats on a piece of paper but there’s always a chance of someone seeing you and catching that chance is important. You also get a chance to interact with the coaching staff and the school which is the most important thing.”

The 6’1, 210 pound athlete says he prefers to be on the defensive side of the ball and enjoys anytime he can spend on the field with his teammates.
“I prefer to go to 7-on-7’s during the summer because I’m with the team I’m playing with everyday,” said Witt. “[However when I do go to camps I enjoy the] agility drills and I like the one-on-ones.”

Right now there are two schools in Florida that Witt favors the most.
“I really like the feel of Stetson and JU because of the small feel,” said Witt.
