2018 G/MLB Kade Clardy Making A Name For Himself This Camp Season

If you like aggressive players on the football field with somewhat of a mean streak, then Sophomore  Kade Clardy from South Carolina is one to keep an eye on. This impressive 6’2 / 225 pound linebacker is making moves on the recruiting scene and across the camp circuit.  Clardy earned a Top 10 linebacker award at the 2016 EPT showcase.  Adding to his collection, Clardy also collected some hardware at the 2016 VTO Sports Combine proving to the sports world that he really is a “Strongman”.  Clardy has committed himself to the grind, working hard every day on and off the field.

Kade will be making moves this summer as he visits with the South Carolina Gamecocks on June 4, Wofford University on June 5, Furman University on June 11, Charleston Southern on July 16, Coastal Carolina on July 17, and Gardner Webb on July 23. Play Book Athlete always has respect for any of our athletes that don’t mind working hard to follow their dreams of playing football at the next level.  Pound for pound, this young man is the epitome of hard work, leaving nothing to chance.

Clardy is not only aggressive, he’s also versatile.  While the class of 2018 projects him as more of a defensive player on the next level, he’s already 225 pounds as a rising junior. With another 2 seasons of high school football remaining, and gaining football knowledge every day, Kade could end up as a linebacker or defensive end on the next level when it’s all said and done.

Be on the look out for Kade and his Wren teammates on August 27th where they’ll be taking on James Island at 12  noon on live TV!
