The Clay Mack- Quick Twitch Skiils program is designed to offer the best fundamental and technical training
in the areas of skills development, agility, speed, explosiveness along with understanding functional movement
as it relates to any sport. We believe that in order to maximize performance and become an elite athlete,athletics has to be a
lifestyle!  Our training and consulting is based on the belief that our athlete’s needs are of
the utmost importance.  The program also suggest and is committed to identifying and addressing the
athletes’ areas of weakness and instability and as a result a high percentage of our
business comes from repeat customers and referrals.  Our company welcomes the opportunity

within settings such as camps, individualized training or visual tutelage in the
form of film study or skillset assessment.  Our program embodies the discipline and self
reliant tools needed to become successful in today’s vast and competitive athletic arena.
Through our training we aim to establish trustworthy relationships with not only our
athletes but those who parent and/or coaches who governs the athlete.  Our training
focuses on building explosiveness, quickness and endurance specific to the athlete while
increasing mobility and flexibility which decreases the potential for injury.  Athletes are
challenged daily to perform at the highest levels against the best competition whether on
a local or national level.  Being prepared physically and mentally for such challenges is
essential when seeking to gain a competitive edge while enjoying an extended and
productive career.  Specialized development is suggested via individualized training based on the goals and the
demands of the sport and lifestyle. Functional Movement (understanding how to move) training is a vital part of
program as the agility and flexibility within an athlete’s movement supports the physical
demands athletes face on a day to day basis whether in practice or in a competitive arena.
Although mobility and flexibility also plays a major role in injury prevention the building
of speed, quickness and endurance within such training becomes evident and specific to
each athlete.  We believe that being prepared both physically and mentally is
essential to gaining a competitive edge as we’ve consulted numerous NFL,

program places a major emphasis on both the physical and mental components of
training.
Consulting
We offer consulting on an individual or team basis which also includes coaches
and team staff consulting.  Our consultants work with athletes at various sites to
help promote an open line of communication with team staff’s and any related
administrative or coaching personnel.  Such opportunities include:
Off -season training (site to be determined)
Pre / Off-season testing of athletes (site to be determined)
Visual training to enhance an athletes I.Q. in areas of film study (site to be determined)
Research
Our company is committed to providing our clients with the most efficient and ethical
solutions to reach elite status.  We train and study a multitude of athletes from around the
country in efforts to stay abreast of the latest skill enhancements and techniques which
assists with our innovative techniques and strategies.
Workout
Workouts can be scheduled on either an individual basis or in a group setting.
Individual settings in the form of 1on1 training provide an intimate approach to an athlete
who may want a more private setting.  Group settings are also good as organizations can
pair their athletes together in efforts to promote team chemistry while inducing a
competitive nature among participating athletes.
