“When I walk onto that field, I’m going to be that cornerback’s nightmare.”
Meet Tre Shackelford, an eighth grader who already, at such a young age, knows the value of hard work and discipline. He’s a multi-sport athlete that divides his time between football as a Wide Receiver and basketball as a Small Forward. Both of his teams were champions this year on the field and on the court and he has been a champion in the classroom, holding down a 3.5 GPA.
One of his personal goals is to give his all in every game and he knows to do that, he has to continue to work hard. This spring Tre has already attended a couple of recruiting camps and combines in order to increase his skill level and gain extra exposure. He’s been to the Elite Recruit 300 and also the Under Armour All-America Camp, both held in Atlanta, Georgia.
Still working to get faster, stronger and more consistent, Trey has plans to be at the Rivals New Speed Combine on April 22nd.
