Most people are familiar with the quote “The sky is the limit”, but for 2019 Center, Tackle and Rubio Long Snapper Mason Napper his limit is far beyond the sky. Mason has proven himself to be an outstanding athlete. Since the beginning of the year he has blazed quite a few trails.
All great athletes know you have to take advantage of every moment and opportunity. So, even in the off-season you have to continue to perfect your craft. Mason showed up and showed out at the Adidas Atlanta Showcase by finishing in the Top 5 of the Offensive Lineman category. He also received the honor of being chosen Offensive Line MVP at the NUC Combine & Showcase Atlanta. Mason also took a little time this summer to do a little training at the USC Specialist Camp with special teams coordinator John Baxter who is known for producing extremely productive special teams units. In addition to these great camps Mason competed in the 2016 Reebok Crossfit Games, took part in the USA Football Regional Development Camp, The Opening Atlanta and the Rubio Long Snapping Atlanta Camp. Perhaps his most exciting performance came from traveling to San Francisco to take part in the USA National Team Development Games.
The 2016-17 football season is here and we expect to see great things from this long snapping phenomenon.
