The Pebblebrook High School Lady Falcons advanced to the Regional Championship last week but fell short in their challenge against Westlake by a mere 7 points. Although they did not clinch the #1 spot they ended up #2 in the region and hosted their first State Playoff game since 2006. In fact, the last time the Lady Falcons faced off in a State Championship their phenomenal coach, Brittny Jones, was a player.
The Lady Falcons hosted the Woodstock Lady Wolverines this past Saturday and scored a win of 62-50. Player of the Year, junior CG Simone Lett, posted 19 points with 14 rebounds and 7 blocks. The win advances them to the next round of the playoffs where they will take on the Archer Lady Tigers. Congratulations to the Falcons on another great achievement.
