Football fans, like myself, fill stadiums on Thursday and Friday nights to watch great athletes make great plays. Many of them make the game look easy. But it takes hard work and dedication to be able to make those great plays and to become a great athlete. That dedication and drive is engraved in 2018 Gunnor Faulk’s heart. After helping to secure Pace Academy’s first state championship last season, the 6’1″ 180 pound Quarterback went right back to work. He was quoted in the Atlanta Journal saying, “This feels great, but I’m not done. I’m only a sophomore. I want two more.” That never quit attitude is just what the Knights will need to secure another state championship.
