College programs are making a 4-year investment in the athletic and scholastic future of prospective athletes by offering scholarships.
Offering scholarship opportunities based solely on an athletes foot speed and how many records they’ve set, but not validating their character off the field; is a sure disaster for the program and the athlete. It is for this reason that Coach Lamb challenges his program to look past the eye test, and peel back the layers to see exactly what is under the hood of their next recruit.
