There’s some great athletic talent coming out of Belfry High School in Belfry, Kentucky and one that coaches should take notice of is 6’4″ 330 lb T/NG, Austin Lawson. Austin recently attended the NX Level Chasing Greatness camp in Waukesha Wisconsin along with some of his teammates. “I enjoyed the camp a lot and it helped me so much,” he said. “The best thing I learned was how to work on my speed and quickness and I’ve been practicing and it has helped a lot.” He says it will definitely help with his upcoming season and can’t wait to return to the camp next year.
Next on Austin’s agenda is attending the Rivals New Speed Combine, May 13, 2017. He’ll also hit a few college campuses this summer like University of Kentucky, Eastern Kentucky University and Tennessee Tech.
