Shane McGroarty 2018 OL
Offensive Linemen are described as being the protectors, the gatekeepers of the quarterbacks keeping them on their feet and helping to create holes for running backs. 2018 college hopeful Shane McGroarty is a living definition of the word. He has an unquenchable desire to be the best and proved his greatness by being honored with the Lineman of the Year award for the 2016 football season. He was also selected 2nd Team All Conference OL for the Suburban West – National Division.
With his Junior season behind him, Shane says he is ready to put focus on his senior season in order to make it a positive one. During this off-season he is staying in shape by wrestling which he says helps tremendously with his footwork and his hand/eye coordination.
